I was so happy that Brooke was in town this weekend babysitting in Newport Beach. She came over for an hour during my spring cleaning on Friday, and we just had one story after another for each other. I miss her so much and wish she would move back down here!! Sunday was her big Birthday so we went to visit her and sing her happy birthday. She made her famous tacos that make me cry just thinking about them. She had me hooked on them back in college our freshman year together - her secret ingredient is deep frying potato cubes - you add those to the top of your big fat taco and squirt some ketchup and voila - heaven on earth!
Angel and Melissa came over as well for the celebration. Here are some pics from the evening events:
