I love Rodeos!! As much as I may dislike my job at times, there are some definite pay offs. This is the 2nd year in a row that Jeremy and I were able to go to the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo - only this year we got sponsor seats (My company builds their website every year pro-bono). The best way to describe the experience is getting bumped to first class. You are completely spoiled and you never wanna go back to coach. I heard there was going to be a BBQ meal provided - I just assumed a pulled pork bbq sandwich on some paper plates... Oh no, no, no... We're talking real porcelein plates, real silverware, bbq brisket and steak, gourmet everything... salads, beans, and mashed potatoes. Plus the seats were awesome because we were in the shade and all drinks were free as well. Here are a few pics from the day...Have'n a ball

There was an entire sliding door freezer with assorted ice cream bars that you could choose as many as you wanted. Yup, took a couple trips. ;)

wow. i never knew i had such a rodeo loving sister. that last picture was classic. i bet her hair is her security blanket and thats why she'll never cut it.

That lady sure has a nice bra on! What the heck? It looks like you guys had so much fun! Rodeos are really the coolest. I'm blogging about Seattle right now, so you'll be able to read all about it! We can't wait to see you guys again!! I need a new job where I can get more time off....all in due time eh?
well, that sure beats the annual Angola Prison Rodeo they have over the lake in the spring.

and jess, that's not about security. I think she truly thinks it makes her the envy of all the other mermares (Adult female horsewoman...similar to the myth of the mermaid)

Nice hook-up with the rodeo. The one and only rodeo I have been to is the one in Midway. I remember asking my friend how they got the bulls so mad and he just laughed at me and pointed out the rope and then explained. I felt so dumb.
i thought they only had rodeos here in texas:) and i guess in wyoming. but i like the pics, especially of the wedding. sarah looks so pretty.
