1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 salmon fillet (1-2 lbs.)
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir the brown sugar, butter and honey until melted. Remove from the heat; whisk in the oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt pepper. Cool 5 minutes.
Place salmon in a large foil-lined baking pan; brush (pour) with brown sugar mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees fro 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Where did you buy your salmon? I'm afraid I'll get bad salmon. Where do you buy it in Utah?? The ocean is....???? Yah, nowhere near here.
Shannon, i just lucked out! i'm always paranoid about buying fish. but i just picked it up at a regular grocery store (Ralphs). and it was actually really good fish. (just farm raised). i would trust Costco's fish too, but it too big of a piece for just the 2 of us.
Looks delish! We've gotten salmon at Costco- it's actually frozen... but turns out great somehow. We want to try this recipe- looks great!
