Happy traveler
I managed to eat at my favorite SF restaurant, Townhall, 2 times within my short overnight biz trip. For dinner I had seafood étouffée (crawfish and shrimp). It couldn't have been closer to home, I was really Impressed. Then I went back for lunch today and met up with an old college roommate and close family friend, Candace (Cooper) Robertson. Totally a last min plan. She lives super close to my companys office in the financial district. It was great to catch up with her. this biz trip ended up being way more fun than originally expected! and my 3 hour (yawn) client meeting went really great too! And the total icing on the cake...catching the earlier flight home. Happy weekend all!!

Candace called me right after eating with you! She said she had a blast and that you kept her laughing! That's my Ems! I miss you!
I'm glad you at least got something good out of having to travel for work! :)
Lindsey or Candace, if you read this, please tell your mom I said, "HI"...I saw the beautiful pics of your family for the wedding. She looks fabulous and glowing and happy. Maybe next summer we can pull off a girlie-mommy reunion for us all. Now that would be a blast! Take care.
